1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay penalties.

Beyond the legal period, FLORA offers you a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us at info@flo-ra.be and we will find a solution.

3. Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging. Damaged or incomplete returns cannot be accepted.

4. Return procedure

1. Contact us by e-mail at info@flo-ra.be, indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will send you return instructions.
3. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in the case of a defective product.

5. Refund

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will inform you by e-mail. The refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days to your original payment method.
